LEP - darts (30-06-2009):
The proposed NSW statewide Local Environmental Plan template has Eurobodalla property owners outraged. Many will have their land rezoned and their development options altered and/or restricted.
The public perception is that it was put together by planners who are "Sydney centric" and don't even know the Eurobodalla region.
